Returns Policy

Every shopping experience should be a pleasant one so La Purse gives you the possibility to return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery and offers you a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received a defective item, your order is incomplete, you received the wrong product, etc.), we take fully responsibility and we will pay the return shipping costs.

After returning a product, you will receive a refund within a period of maximum four weeks since handing your package to the return shipper. It is very possible that you receive the return in a much shorter amount of time.  For your better understanding we will explain the entire process: This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please keep in mind: Returned items must be in perfect condition, with all tags still attached and original packaging! We also ask you kindly to include a copy of the original receipt along with a note indicating the reasons of your return and whether it is a return or an exchange. In case of an exchange, please mention what item you wish to receive in exchange.  

Very important to know! Any item we receive after the 30 days period has passed or has the tags and original packaging removed and has obviously been used will not be accepted.
